He would Arthur is a nice kid. He gets his work done. He listens to the teacher and pays attention and would listen to the people of the United States. Arthur is pretty smart. He has been lots of places, and he has even been to Washington D.C. He met the President in the book Arthur Meets the President. He tries to help his friends when they have problems, and he would care about everybody in the U.S.A.
Arthur has lots of great friends that can help him decide what laws to make. The Brain can make new inventions for our country so we could do things faster and better. Francine can teach kids to play sports, and she is really honest. Muffy can give money to people who don't have very much. Buster can give people food and help make decisions. Sue Ellen can teach people about things. Arthur sometimes helps kids learn to read. Arthur has lots of good books, and everyone needs to read more. Arthur should be the President, because if Miss Frizzle was the President we would not have her as a teacher. She should stay teaching and let Arthur be President.
Arthur would be a good President because he knows a lot, and he is honest and trustworthy. He will listen to people's needs. we all make mistakes, but we have seen in the story Arthur's Computer Disaster that if he lies he confesses. He reads a lot and learns a lot. He makes good choices and is respectful of others. So that is why Arthur would be a good President.

He would buy more computers, more books, and more games. He would give schools more money and make it more fun. Teachers would get more money. Everyone could go to college for free. He would make free lunches for everyone. He would give free school supplies and lunches to needy people. He would make longer recess and more equipment on the playground. There would be a pillow area in the library.
Environment
What would he do to help our environment?
He would read more about it to learn more. He would limit building and make more parks. He would plant trees and flowers around every building and even schools. There would be a clean up committee at the school. He would make more laws so that people could not dump stuff in lakes, and he would reduce pollution. He would get volunteers to help pick up trash and recycle. He would have cleaner water and save the animals.

He is nice and helps others, and he believes in talking things out. He would listen and be fair and try to be friends with all of the world leaders. He is smart and takes good care of his dog. He cares about all people and animals and is good at talking. He is not shy and knows a lot about other countries. He would make the borders around our country harder to cross. He would keep our country safe. He would educate the world. He would teach everyone about God.
