Once upon a time...Stanley Lambchop was flattened by a falling bulletin board.  His parents took advantage of his new size, placed him in a large envelope and mailed him to friends in California.  And so Stanley's adventures began...

Our class so enjoyed reading Flat Stanley by Jeff Brown that we decided to make our own Flat Stanley's.  We colored them, cut them out and placed them in a large envelope to travel around the world.  We picked one relative or friend to mail our new flat friend to.  Throughout the year we will track our Flat Stanley's to discover where his travels might take him.  Visit the links below to find out more about our Flat Stanley's.
