| Santa's elves liked to make toys. The elves worked hard. They hammered nails into wood for a doll bed and rocking horse. The elves made teddy bears, bikes, and shoes. Santa's elves got bored. They said, "Santa gets to go down the chimneys and deliver presents, but we are still busy as bees. Santa gets to go to every house in the world. He only has one night."
Santa decided to surprise his elves, because they worked so hard. He surprised them and let them go with him. Santa said, "Ho Ho Ho." Santa went down the chimneys. The elves got to lead the sled. They got to go down one chimney. By Abby |  |
